It may have been a long time since you have driven on a motorway
if ever.
It is not advisable to drive on a motorway
on a 3 or 4 lane motorway in heavy traffic
at particularly busy times of the day or year
perhaps at night
unless you have someone else to help who themselves have the expertise and experience to do so.
Driving on motorways can be boring and as a consequence you may lose concentration at 70mph! And especially at the end of a long working day (NOT advised)
The course will be designed related to your experience.
